Changed your mind? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
• - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• - Final sale items and opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but are still covered by our 7-day guarantee if defective.

How to start a return:

1. Email info@celiausa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. 2. We'll send you return instructions and an address to ship to.
3. 3. Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and confirm your refund or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
