Refund Policy

We want you to love your Celiausa order. If something isn't right, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

How it works:

• Contact us at info@celiausa.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• - Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
