It started with a notebook.
In 2012, our founder Celia — a pharmacy assistant with famously reactive skin — started keeping a notebook. Every product she tried went in it: the real ingredients, the real price, and one blunt verdict — did it actually work? Friends began borrowing the notebook. Then friends of friends. Fourteen years later, that notebook became this store.
