Return conditions
For hygiene reasons, skincare products should be unused and in their original packaging, or no more than lightly tested. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
1. Email us via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will resolve it.
