Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) on business days are processed the same day; all other orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days. Express options may be offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email, or you can use our Track Your Order page any time.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
